Having a trained workforce means your employees are learning new skills that can improve the way they work, reduce necessary costs and mistakes, build confidence, and create a better working environment.

CIG continues to invest in their employees ANZIIF education for 2021. Across the group, we currently has 26 qualified senior associates and associates on board, and more than 20 undergoing ANZIIF studies to get their qualifications.

We have concluded our 2020 ANZIIF Studies on high note celebrating a collective achievement with our colleague Snyda Japheth who scored (93%) last quarter. The ANZIIF Skills Unit will also continue into 2021. The Skills Unit modules offer specific insurance skills that are based on real-life workplace situations which we feel are relevant to the insurance industry and our business. Taking this study pathway will help our colleagues to apply those learning directly to their work, a win-win for CIG and our people.
