CIG has passed another milestone launching its first ever fully operation Client Service Centre in PNG.
The establishment of the Centre was led by our local inhouse IT, Marketing and Business Operations team. Allowing CIG the advantage to have a tailored system that will not only act as the primary point of communication for services but direct and manage incoming queries with the aim to manage our internal service level standards and give our clients and stakeholders a great ‘customer experience’.
The Service Centre was launched with our new toll free number 180 5678.
We thank the hardworking team behind the scenes who have brought this concept to life and acknowledge this was no easy task. As we work hard to bring to you a better service delivery, we are sure that with the right people, resources, and direction we can add significant value to our stakeholders and shareholders by incorporating and living a ‘Service Culture’.
