About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Officer to support the coordination and execution of marketing activities across Fiji and Tonga. This role is critical during the organisational transition from Capital Insurance to TISA Insurance, which requires strong delivery discipline, consistency, and timely rollout of branding and communication initiatives.

The Marketing Officer will support campaigns, events, digital activities, and partner engagement, ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand standards and executed within timelines. The role works closely with internal teams, brokers, agents, media partners, and other external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Graphic Design
  • Produce digital and print visual assets including graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Content Creation
  • Develop engaging content for social media, email, internal channels, and campaigns.
  • Support creation of photography and visual content for events and company milestones.
Brand Identity
  • Maintain consistent application of brand elements across all materials and communications.
  • Support initiatives that help evolve the visual identity of the brand.
Creative Ideation
  • Support brainstorming and concept development for marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Market Research
  • Assist in monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform creative direction.
  • Gather insights to support campaign targeting and content development.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Support analysis of campaign performance to improve design effectiveness.
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance engagement and reach.
Event Management
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and corporate events.
  • Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure events run smoothly.

About you:

  • Proven customer support or customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with website management, basic ICT skills, CRM systems is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing coordination, events, digital content, or design support is an advantage.
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across markets.
