About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Strategy Enablement, the Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between marketing and other business units, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with broader organizational goals. The role also looks after the Corporate Services Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives and strategic marketing initiatives aligned to overall business goals.

Key responsibilities:

CSR Program Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage CSR programs that reflect the company’s values and enhance community engagement.
  • Identify key social issues relevant to the business and drive initiatives that address them.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments and help with marketing needs not directly under marketing operational scope
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships that amplify CSR and marketing efforts.
Marketing Competition Analysis
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that incorporate CSR elements, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Support the marketing team in developing initiatives that drive both business growth and positive social impact.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track and evaluate the success of marketing and CSR initiatives, ensuring they meet KPIs and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on the impact of CSR programs on brand reputation and community engagement
Brand & Reputation Management:
  • Ensure that CSR efforts contribute to building a socially responsible brand image.
  • Leverage CSR activities to enhance the company’s public relations and external communication strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Manage relationships with external partners, NGOs, and community organizations involved in CSR activities.
  • Communicate CSR achievements and marketing outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and impact visibility.

 

About you:

  • Aligns marketing strategies with business goals and CSR priorities
  • Bridges communication between marketing, CSR, and cross-functional teams
  • Develops and delivers impactful marketing and CSR programs
  • Enhances brand reputation while driving social responsibility initiatives
  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and programs
  • Builds strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Manages and updates market competition analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in CSR, marketing, communications, or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Sustainability are a plus.
