About the Role

Capital Insurance Group Limited (CIG), is a wholly PNG-owned company providing life and general insurance products to individuals and the corporate market. CIG continues to expand hence we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team in the Port Moresby office. The potential candidate will be reporting to the Service Provider & JAVLN Manager and will be working closely with the Claims and Underwriting Officers to deliver organizational objectives and to maintain optimal team efficiency.

This position is primarily responsible assisting with direct sales and underwriting to enhance growth and retention. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hold effective relationships with all network providers including regular training of admin staff and early resolution of problems.
•  Help drive great patient experience at network providers
•  Use data to report on the performance of all network providers and recommend changes
•  Ensure network provider billing is current, accurate and timely (work closely with Finance)
• Training of all new staff into the claims team
•  Work with marketing to promote Capital within service provider locations
•  Ensure network provider agreements are current, standard and drive good commercial outcomes
•  Onboard new service providers where required

The ideal candidate must:
