Michael Koisen

Mr. Koisen is the non  – executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Capital Insurance Group. He is currently the Group CEO of Teachers Savings and Loan Society Limited and a non – executive director on the Board of Tisa Community Finance Ltd. He has served on various boards which include – Kumul Consolidated Holdings, Credit Corporation, Airlines PNG and National Airports Corporation. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Mutual’s Institute, a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
