About The Role

As a Business Partner in our People & Culture Team, you will partner without our leadership to strategically align human capital initiatives with our core business objectives. In this role, your expertise in talent meaningful change thought our organization. Based in our Suva Office in Fiji, you will design and ultimately enhance overall business performance. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with key stakeholders to identify challenges and delivers both strategic and operational HR solutions that are tightly aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Partner with business leaders to deliver effective people strategy and drive organization performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matter including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change initiatives.
• Champion a high-performance culture by supporting leadership development, engagement, and continuous feedback practices.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence (Talent, Learning, Reward, etc…) to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.
• Support the implementation of key People & Culture programs and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related filed.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in similar strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
