Mr. Koisen is the non – executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Capital Insurance Group. He is currently the Group CEO of Teachers Savings and Loan Society Limited and a non – executive director on the Board of Tisa Community Finance Ltd. He has served on various boards which include – Kumul Consolidated Holdings, Credit Corporation, Airlines PNG and National Airports Corporation. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Mutual’s Institute, a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Mr. Koisen brings with him a wealth of business experiences and knowledge.
Mr. Buskens is the General Manager Stakeholder Engagement for Oil Search. He previously served as the Managing Director of Nambawan Super Limited. Mr. Buskens serves on the following boards: National Superannuation Fund (Nasfund), ANZ (PNG), SP Brewery Ltd, Kopkop College, Business Coalition for Women and Gazelle International Hotel. He is also the Chairman of Investment promotion of Papua New Guinea and is the Commissioner of the PNG Sports Foundation. Mr. Buskens holds a Masters in Finance from RMIT and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Technology PNG.
Mr. Stace has over 35 years experience working in the insurance industry in a range of management positions. He has held senior executive roles which includes Managing Director of Pacific MMI Insurance and Managing Director of Capital Insurance Group. His experience includes working in England, New Zealand & Australia. Mr. Stace is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Member and Winner of the 2018 Young Director of the Year Award for the Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors with 13 years of experience and specialty in investments, finance, superannuation, funds management, structured products and banking. He was the former Chief Investment Officer at the National Superannuation Fund of PNG and is the current Principal of Alchemy Capital (PNG) Limited. Mr. Lee also sits on Bank South Pacific’s Risk & Compliance Board Committee and is also an Observer on the Bank’s Board Audit Committee. He is also a Director of Amalgamated Packaging Limited in Lae and was the Inaugural President of the Young Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Lee has Bachelors Degree in Business & Management from University of Papua New Guinea. He also has a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from the Kaplan Professional Australia Institute (formerly known as the Securities Institute of Australia), a Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Certificate from the Melbourne Business School, Victoria, Australia.
Sundar Ramamurthy was the Founder & Managing Director of Data Nets Limited. Data Nets Limited was the largest ISP and computer networking company in the Pacific Islands covering both PNG and Fiji. Sundar has significant international experience in Asia, Australia, U.S. and Pacific Markets. Developed and gained considerable experience in dealing with diverse cultures, languages and markets. Following the sale of Data Nets to the Digicel Group in 2010, Sundar was engaged by IPBC (now KCH) for the National Transmission Network in 2012, prior to taking his role as Group CEO to turnaround bmobile-Vodafone in the mobil emarket in PNG and Solomon Islands in late 2013 following the recapitalisation of the company by the PNG Government in mid 2013. He completed the turnaround by early 2017. He is now involved in funding and mentoring new startup ventures, with a focus on new technologies in the mobile banking, secure payments environment and affordable solar markets.
Faye-Zina is a lawyer with Albatross Law. She joined Albatross Law after 5 years practicing in PNG’s telecommunications sector. Faye-Zina has worked for Digicel (PNG) Limited as Legal Counsel and previously for Telikom PNG Limited as Manager for Regulatory Services. Faye-Zina also serves on the boards of Credit Corporation and Kumul Hotels Limited and its subsidiaries. She holds an MBA degree from the University of Papua New Guinea.
