Our colleagues had an incredible day yesterday to celebrate this partnership with the Cheshire Home staff and residents. We organized a fantastic barbecue event and enjoyed some friendly ball games with the residents.

 

During the visit, our Group CEO Jeremy Norton and Group Executive GM for Governance and Company Secretary, Sena Bakar, were given a tour of the facilities by the Chesire team who highlighted the progress they made so far with the program and the areas where they still need support.

Mr. Norton in his remarks said that Cheshire brings immense value to people with special needs in PNG and that Capital truly values the relationship that has been developed so far. He further added that supporting Cheshire disAbility Services aligns with the Capital’s values and the company is dedicated to supporting Chesire’s mission to empower and uplift those in need to create a more inclusive society.

Mr. Benson Hahambu, the Cheshire General Manager, expressed his gratitude to Capital for the ongoing support all these years. He added that the insurance assistance provided is relevant and they have comfort knowing that they have insurance cover whilst making a positive difference in the lives of those in need.
