The “Just In Time Literacy School” received a visit from us, Capital Insurance Group as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program on Friday 24th March 2023.

The school located in Port Moresby in the Sabama area was provided with library books and a K5000 Theodist stationery voucher.

Nathan Andes, the founder and principal of the school, expressed his gratitude for the funding, stating that starting the school in 2019 was not an easy task. He is passionate about providing basic education to children and believes in starting small and growing.

Capital’s CSR program is an internal program that encompasses all of their community outreach initiatives. We strive to add value to communities based on four pillars, namely Education, Environment, Social Wellbeing, and Charity across their five markets (Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, PNG). Education is our primary focus for the first quarter of the year, hence our support to the Just In Time Literacy School. Capital is committed to contribute to the communities in which it operates.
